  • 1 cup quinoa (can soak them overnight to sprout)
  • half cup spelt flour or gluten free all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt …
  • half cup medjool dates (6 or 8)
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup flax (ground)
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar or more (can use honey any other sweetner)
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • tbsp cacao or more
  • pre heat oven and bake for 10-15 min at 165 ºC = 329 ºF   175 ºC = 347 º
  • You could also make it in the dehydrator

  • 1/4 Cup light (yellow or white) miso (optional)
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 12-18oz = 340- 510 gr (spelt or gluten free) macaroni, cooked
