This is my birthday juice:

  • half pineapple
  • 3 quarters pumpkin (peeled & juiced)
  • 2 apples
  • a bit of tumeric

This one has lavender in it, gives it a really awsome taste!

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red grapefruit
  • 1 lemon with peel
  • 3 apples
  • 1-2 handfuls spinach
  • 3 x an inch – 2,5 cm of lavender

It was my birthday yesterday and like to share a few of the yummy things I ate.

Power balls:

Birthday cake:

  • 3 cups almondflour
  • half cup hemp seeds
  • pulp of 3 quarters pumpkin (juiced)
  • juice of 1 half pineapple
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp liquid vanilla
  • half tbsp cinnamon
  • half or 1 cup raisins
  • 3-4 tbsp coconut oil
  • stevia or other sweetener (optional)
  • Mix all ingredients in a foodprocessor. Stick it in the dehydrator or oven on the lowest setting until it’s firm when you press it.
  • Best tasting when made a day before you need it and stored in a zip lock bag or air tight container.

Icing:

  • 4 tbsp (homemade) cashew butter
  • stevia or other sweetener to taste
  • 1 or 2 pieces of lavender
  • almond milk
  • Blend ingredients and add almond milk until you get the consistency you want. (don’t use too much lavender in this recipe)

Salad:

  • 1 Belgian endive (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • a piece of broccoli and cauliflower (chopped)

Hemp pesto:

  • half cup pinenuts
  • half cup hemp seeds
  • a cup (firmly packed) basil
  • sea salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper to taste
  • add almondmilk to get the consistency you want
