Pickled cucumber

Depending on the size of the jar:

  • 1/3 apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 (filtered) water
  • 1-2 tbsp date syrup
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 sliced onion
  • half diced red bell pepper
  • 2-3 tsp mustard seeds
  • some dill (optional)
  • shake all ingredients well and add cucumber. Just drain when there’s is too much liquid.
