  • half cup almonds soaked overnight
  • half cup hemp seeds
  • 3 to 4 cups filtered water
  • 2 to 3 medjool dates or other sweetner
  • blend almonds, hemp seeds and dates
  • strain in a milk bag

  • Nectarine juiced
  • Pineapple juiced
  • some coconut water

  • 1 or 2 tbsp filtered water (optional)
  • 1 cup strawberries (or other fruit)
  • agave syrup or other sweetner
  • Blend

  • Half cauliflower (steamed)
  • 500 ml = 17 oz vegetable broth (heated)
  • Coriander, pepper, mace, cardamom, chillie powder (or any spice you like)
  • Add more water if necessary
  • Blend it all together
  • Top with spinach an yellow bell pepper

Meat of 3 young coconuts
Blend it until smooth
add 1-2 tsp spoons probiotic or kefir and blend
Let ferment 24-48 hours at a warm spot in a glass jar
